1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Taskoy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Taskoy is a marketplace platform that connects task givers with taskers. We provide a platform for posting tasks, applying to tasks, completing work, and processing payments. We are not a party to any transaction between task givers and taskers.
3. User Accounts
Registration
To use our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to:

- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Infringe on intellectual property rights
- •Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- •Interfere with or disrupt the service
5. Payments and Fees
Task Givers
Task givers pay the agreed-upon amount for completed tasks. We charge a platform fee which is deducted from the task payment. All fees are clearly disclosed before you confirm a task posting.
Taskers
Taskers receive payment for completed work minus our platform fee. Payments are processed securely and can be withdrawn according to our payment schedule.
6. Fair Score System
Our Fair Score system tracks performance and reliability. Scores are calculated based on completed tasks, on-time delivery, client ratings, and communication quality. We reserve the right to modify scores based on platform violations.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a task giver and tasker, we encourage both parties to resolve it directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, Taskoy may assist in mediation, but we are not obligated to resolve disputes. Our decision in any dispute is final.
8. Limitation of Liability
Taskoy acts solely as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of tasks posted or completed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of taskers to complete tasks. Use our service at your own risk.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
